First Time Start

Go to Start->Programs->SmartFTP and click on "SmartFTP" to start the application.

If you don't see the settings dialog at startup go to Menu->Tools->Settings.

E-Mail Address:
Will be used as the default password for anonymous login. You can enter any email address there. eg. mail@host.com

Default Download Path:
Will be the default download location. eg. C:\Downloads

Text File Viewer:
Change if you want to use another text editor.

Data File Path:
The location where all the data files (favorites, queue, etc) are stored.

Click "OK" to save.
