Customer Support Manager User Guide - View Knowledgebase

To search for specific enteries in the knowledgebase, access the view knowledgebase area shown above.  You can then search by keyword, category, product, reference number or type.  If any entries that match your criteria are found then they will be displayed and listed upon pressing the search button.
