Guide - Custom Settings
From this section are the company-wide settings for your
live chat system. From the first option below you can set it so when users are
offline they link to your help desk system if the option is checked and the
user would be required to either register or login. If this option is not checked
then users will be displayed a simple pop up window where they would enter their
email, subject and question and it will be still be stored in your support desk
system as an un-registered user. With the second option the user would not be
required to have a login in the system or register.
Also in this section are
the company-wide settings that will be used for your live chat system if you
choose the company-wide setting when you generate html code or you choose to
display the live chat icon on your help desk login page.
