Customer Support Manager User Guide - Manage Users

To Add or search users in your help desk click on the corresponding links shown above.  Upon clicking the "Add User" link shown above you will be taken to the screen shown below where you directly add users.

If you have selected the Search User option shown above in the Manage Users section, you will be taken to the screen shown below where you can search for users by Interest Group, Username or email address.
