Customer Support Manager User Guide - Custom Settings

From this section you can customize the general settings of your knowledgebase by selecting the desired options. The important option in this section is how you would like to display the knowledge base to your users. You can group knowledgebase articles in categories / sub-categories or products / sub-products. You do not have to have both options and you can easily display the options from this section.
