Customer Support Manager User Guide - Document Manager

The document manager shown above will give you the ability to make certain documents available to your help desk users based on their interest groups. When you add a document to the document manager for a particular Interest group, all users from that interest group will see a "Document Manager" link when they login to their help desk. When they click on the document manager link, they will be able to download the available documents.
