Publishing Web site files using Microsoft FrontPage
STEP 2
If your domain name is not yet pointing to our server then
In the "Publish Web" window type in the following location:
ftp://www.myhostingfiles.com/www.yourdomain.com/htdocs
login with the username and password provided in your welcome email.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Once your domain
name is pointing to our server, you will have to publish again by specifiying
your full http://www.yourdomain.com address as indicated above in order for
your Dynamic FrontPage Forms
and Components
to work.
Note:
You must select the radio button option that says:
Publish all pages, overwriting any already on the destination
After you specify the location simply press publish, you will then be prompted to enter your login and password. Enter the login and passwrod that was specified in your "Welcome Email". Once you are connected your files will be transferred to the server.
